Though the podcast has changed and shifted over the years, it has always remained focused on personal growth and development through use of the moving bodies that make up our universe. There is a strong focus on integrity, and Eugenia is always sure to remind us to take a step back and to remember that our charts should never incite fear or worry, but should always be thought of as a tool for growth.
