We found ourselves in the Shotover area of Oxfordshire which back then was all open fields and woodland. When we got near Cowley we decided to pull over for a cigarette break. ed to light up. We were just generally chatting between ourselves when all of a sudden this 'Thing' came out of nowhere from the wooded area on our left onto the lane ahead of us.
