Every episode is a gem: meaningful advice and relatable stories
Each episode of the podcast addresses an important and recognizable issue that arises in the careers of women of color, women in general, and all those who may not be fully included. But the podcasts are also very helpful for allies and for those who want to understand better how to develop inclusive workplaces. The stories, the reactions and responses about the stories, and the specific take-aways at the end are priceless. Such a great set of resources: creative, insightful, actionable, and thought-provoking. Hope to see many more episodes.
