I have been a fitness enthusiast for years, falling in love with CrossFit, then weightlifting, while dialing in my performance nutrition by tracking macros. Brute Strength offers science based content that has helped me along the way and has shown me that I limited my potential as an athlete. It has helped me to set my sights and goals much higher than what I thought was possible. Appreciate this resource so much!
