It is possible. And the keys to unlock this state are discipline, consistency and commitment to life mastery. To be clear, this is not something that will be achieved overnight. It requires a great deal of conscious effort to get to a place where your days are optimized to provide energy and your evenings are dialed in to provide a proper wind down and prepare you for yet another extraordinary day. Rob’s approach includes a super clean diet, devoid of alcohol, sugar and snacks, only lean proteins, vegetables, water and supplements (and a little coffee). At the time of this recording, he was on a 5 week stretch of perfect diet and perfect sleep. He’s currently on a stretch of months of pure discipline, and has never had more energy or clarity in his life. In this episode, Rob details how he got to this place and how you can too.
