best use of the podcasting medium since that other thing
You can call me partial since I am not a little bit obsessed with everything MaximumFun. I am a TSOYA donor and an active MaxFunForum member, so you should be asking yourself what a highly educated and underemployed adult is doing dedicating so much of his time and money to a podcast. Jesse Thorn has dedicated his life to bringing new and interesting people into our limited purview. His interviews are always interesting and engaging, and he only chooses subjects that are honestly passionate about their fields. Dive in! You are going to find a treasure trove of interesting artists, actors, musicians, directors, and all-around creative types that might just change your outlook on things.

Not only is The Sound of Young America a show about things that are awesome, it is, itself, such a thing.
