Meet Eve Rackham Watt Eve Rackham Watt is the head coach of the Tennessee Volunteers women's volleyball team. Since taking the helm in 2018, she has transformed the program into a competitive force within the Southeastern Conference (SEC). Known for her strategic acumen, strong leadership, and ability to develop talent, Rackham Watt has led the team to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances.
