Listen now
Description
Virtue ethics looks at the kind of character trait an action may be indicative of, and at ways to develop the kinds of character traits that might better guarantee good actions. Ethics of care looks at the relationships we have with others and how best to care for others, ourselves, and those relationships that join us. Dr Jeremy St John looks at the approaches of Virtue Ethics and Ethics of Care, and discusses their application to organisational decision making and business practices.
