Extremely valuable interviews!
As a practicing architect looking to build a successful small firm, there is literally no other podcast that is as information packed and has such spot-on guests than Business of Architecture and Enoch Sears. I eagerly await each episode since finding the show last year. Each guest is carefully picked by Enoch because they have achieved or done something special that is of interest to architects. On top of that, he’s a very effective interviewer who seems to know the meaty questions we’re all hoping he’ll ask. He’s not afraid to ask the simple questions (that really aren’t simple at all!) such as how, why, how much. There’s a lot of generic information out there with little substance, but Enoch asks probing, concise details that help us unpack and replicate their success. When he’s interviewing business experts he digs right into the important stuff as well, not wasting a minute on anything that’s not important, steering the conversation into critical nuts and bolts that help us do business better *that very day.* Again, no one else is doing an architecture related podcast this good right now. Business of Architecture is the king of the hill IMHO. If you’re in any design or construction related field you will probably benefit from watching or listening to Enoch’s excellent interviews on the B of A show. I can’t recommend it more highly!

These podcasts have been very valuable in helping my partner and me develop our practice. The interview with Albert Rubeling was especially so and prompted me to come on here and do this review.
