Garland who is a full-time wholesaler in Burlington, NC, which is about an hour and a half outside of Charlotte.  He started wholesaling in 2015, shortly after transitioning from a 3-year stint in the Army! C.C. has closed over 250 transactions since starting. Since 2018, he has been actively focused on helping investors with getting their wholesaling businesses off the ground - primarily through building a team of virtual assistants to handle marketing, dispositions, and transaction coordination.
