Former fan
I was a huge By the Book fan, but this is my first listen to How to Be Fine and my first time ever writing a review. As someone who identifies as an independent politically, I’m very turned off by their “advice” which reeks of their political views and gives little to no evidence of any open-mindedness to dialogue with people who think differently. We are already surrounded by alienating political discussion everyday, trying to mask it as self-help is a no-go for me personally.
