It’s All Love
The hood’s always needed a voice. I’m glad we’re finding it in this dude. He’s telling so many of our stories and I can’t help but get giddy when I hear the street names that lined the place where I grew up and still live in now. I’ve always loved Los Angeles. Always. That love has always run deep because I knew all of our little hoods were rich in culture and stories and life. It’s a beautiful thing to hear not just our own stories, but our parents’ as well. I, too, put mom’s through the same thing and man...it’s just so wonderful that we all came out of those phases and survived so much and here we all are! This is such a beautiful love letter to our city and I can’t wait to hear more!

Such an interesting storytelling method about the infamous West Coast I have heard so much about. I hope to one day visit this place of magic, history, and resilience. - East Coast specifically Connecticut resident
