“I’m a fan of this podcast; each episode delves into the legal/procedural/article
II authority invoked by the president and executive branch wrt a current action or policy initiative. In presenting novel questions within a broader contextual and historical framework, this pod offers listeners a more nuanced perspective as to the scope of and precedence for such actions and how previous administrations addressed similar controversies and questions of constitutional authority.
The podcast doesn’t present a biased or leftist or particularly leaning account of the facts or issues they cover - if anything the show trends towards the dry, veridical..
I dunno what’s up with all the odd, angst-fest hate-reviewing on here; those sentiments read as bizarre and unnecessarily impassioned over-reactions to such a non offensive, apolitical news program. When I’m not feeling something I usually change to another channel and move on... shrug emoji. Anyway - if you’re not troll, check it out! Recommended!”
