Intriguing, sad, absorbing
Such a difficult story is told sensitively and calmly, with balance from all sides. I like the way it highlights the fact that mental health is just as important as physical, and crimes against people in this ‘invisible’ space are no less significant and life destroying.

Sadly this is rendered unlistenable by the narrator’s voice which is babyish, stranger quiet and larded with vocal fry. The voice of the narrator is an important consideration if you expect us to listen!

Great podcast well done. Hearing the mums interview at the end broke my heart and made it so clear that much of the blame is hers.
