“This is a great Canadian podcast geared towards everyday people who believe in being prepared. Not prepared for a zombie apocalypse but for events that can and do happen everyday; power outages, floods, fires, ice/snow storms and medical emergencies that can come up. They share fantastic tips and tricks as well as their own personal kits. I’ve been inspired personally to prepare my my family. I’ve started stocking up on water when it’s on sale and adding first aid kits to my truck as well as my “Daddy” backpack.
The episode on HAM radio has me looking into learning more about amateur radio and getting my license.
