Truth of the experience
As someone who has suffered similar experiences I found the rawness and real-ness of the conversations just touched on all my own feelings of betrayal, pain, self-punishment, embarrassment, condemnation by others’, and a feeling you’re making a fuss over something now passed. However the moments that just broke my heart was the conversation with her father .. and even the final letter .. there was a part of me that just understood the sadness of it all from every heart and that made me cry so much I had to lie down for an hour after listening just to process.. A brilliant podcast - thank you.
