“This podcast could have deserved a five star - but the journalist failed to identify the fact that the vast majority of perpetrators are male and a majority of victims (though not a vast majority) are female. Sexual Violence has a gender: it’s male. We cannot change what we do not name. Too many young women are afraid of being rejected by men to tell the truth about the fact that men are the primary threat they face. We cannot All Lives Matter sexual violence and expect anything to change.”
