“My first intro to can’t bowl can’t throw - fascinating !
Firstly the title song is a classic (bought the album too way back) by brett Lee and the boys .. but enough of that
Love the lighthearted look at the ashes thus far, and a few other bits and pieces - the right mix of humour, stats, cynicism - can we not stop taking the Mickey out of the Englishman - it’s funny ! And they continue to provide your show and others with so much material ! (Headbuts, spilt beer, some bloke hitting runs in Canterbury, an opening batsmen who can’t get past 20 etc.) !
The male/female partnership really works guys, keep that going .... unlike the 80’s when the introduced was it kate firzpatrick to channel 9 ? I still recall Ian Chappell’s face of utter disgust and silence - not good for the airwaves !
Signing off for now ... may Scott muller’s international career Rest In Peace .... (did they reward cameraman Joe for telling the truth that day !!?)
