Leadership is hard. But leading your peers... that can seem almost unfair. Fortunately, the military is fraught with examples of peer leadership, and leading your peers is a necessary element to success in the civilian world as well. Captain Rossovskij is an Infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, and is currently serving as the Commander of Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment.
