This was a FUN episode to make! I reunited with the FIRST PERSON I EVER RECRUITED. Craig Johnson is one of the most successful people I ever had the chance to work with and his approach skyrocketed him to earn multiple promotions into his dream job by the age of 28. Craig shared a lot of incredibly valuable insights into how to establish yourself in a new team and what he did to get promoted multiple times within the first few years of his career. Craig also does a lot of hiring and he was kind enough to share what he looks for in a good resume and how he sees the strongest candidates behaving in interviews. There are honestly 100s of great tidbits in this episode and I’m so thankful we were able to get Craig in for an hour to chat! Don’t miss this one :)
