Beth returns to provide updates on the recent nursing strike in Minnesota. Beth also shares her experience in a near strike situation when she was in a leadership role.    About Beth:  Beth Quaas started her career as an LPN. She earned her doctoral degree in 2010. She has worked as a nurse anesthetist since 1999. Beth is giving back to her profession by educating the next generation of CRNAs. Beth is currently Associate Director of an anesthesia program in MN and continues her clinical practice in the OR. She was recently elected to serve on her state’s professional organizations Board of Directors.   Beth has a passion for inspiring others to find joy in their profession and to help those dealing with burnout.
