“I started the 30 day challenge for 2 reasons, my blood glucose was off the chart and my arthritis in my shoulders was affecting my ability to work.
3 days in my blood glucose was back in line and my arthritis inflammation was at least 60% better. I don’t think my arthritis is better, I think the improvement is the reduction of inflammation.
5 days in I started sleeping through the night. (I have been getting up 2 to 3 times a night to urinate for years now.) I am now hopeful of reversing other problems that I have accepted as “normal”.
I’m almost 3 weeks in and I don’t think I will be stopping anytime soon. I am so happy I stumbled across this way of eating.
