“Last night your webmaster uploaded 3 minutes of the show. Frequently your show takes well over an hour to be uploaded (when Hamish and Andy used to take 10 minutes). In the last year 5 or 6 times an old episode has been uploaded instead of the correct day.
Some people work past 4:30 and enjoy the podcast exclusively. Please either get a new webmaster or put them on a performance improvement plan - with an expectation of no errors in podcast upload. It’s a basic task.”
