Poor production
This is a compelling story, but the technical aspect is frustrating. The audio levels are all over the place, I am constantly reaching for the volume. Most of the interviews are conducted over squawky phone lines. The narrators are at normal volume, the phone audio is blasting and at times hard to understand.

There’s some good editing judgment being used here by the podcasters, so it doesn’t feel like they waste your time. Interesting plot line and good length of episodes! Hopefully the series keeps it up.

I’m two episodes in and getting pretty bored. I’ll revisit this review of it picks up, but the pacing of this story is dragging. Do I need to know all of this backstory?
