“I listened to season 3 and liked it. Decided to go back to season one and after half of the first episode I wondered why I had never heard of this murder. BECAUSE IT WAS FICTION!! How can you say you are a true crime podcast if it’s not true crime?”

“There’s first hand accounts and interviews yet there’s a man narrating over a woman who then rephrased what the interviewees have just said. Why? Had to skip through a bunch and didn’t miss the story.”

“I’m two episodes in and getting pretty bored. I’ll revisit this review of it picks up, but the pacing of this story is dragging. Do I need to know all of this backstory?”

“The story drew me in despite the difficulty of understanding the audio on the frequent phone interviews.
Then we get the so called bonus episode of an add for another podcast featuring this narrator with heavy vocal fry.
I don’t think I’ll continue with the next story.”
