I would download them on CD’s and listen on my 66 mi commute to work at a children’s hospital. Then I started a new job with a shorter commute which was a very stressful job. I started over listening to all your podcasts because your voice and conversations really calmed and settled me. I did this everyday for 6 months. You made a huge difference for me.
