Baruch- was Jeremiah’s secretary.  The HOPE of Chapter 5 is the hope that should be in all of us! Ezekiel- 598BC-571BC, same time line as Lamentations, Baruch, only Ezekiel is writing IN EXILE, while in Babylon. Chapters 1-3 Ezekiel called as a prophet.
