“I am fine with hearing ads on a free podcast, but do they have to be twice as loud and jarring? I have to frantically grab for the volume to keep from losing my hearing. Moreover, Sunday Morning is a calm, peaceful show. The spastic ads for sports programming is a huge turnoff.”

B. Volume is low, so I have to put volume to MAX.
