I love this one
I love this podcast because it’s not just a recap of tabloid gossip from yesteryear, but Chelsea and her guests talk about these celebrity women with such compassion, and they talk about the points of connection they have with these celebrities and their journeys and the life lessons that they are able to glean from these celebrities’ traumas, victories, and other life experiences. Also, I love that Chelsea is interviewing her friends. Not only because the “how I met today’s guest” stories that kick off every episode are so cute and make me want to be friends with Chelsea and all of her friends, who all seem like really good people, but you really do feel like you’re listening to a conversation between two good friends. There’s warmth and camaraderie to this podcast, which feels so nice right now. Thanks, Chelsea! I’m so excited about your upcoming lineup of memoirs and guests!

Love love love the podcast and book picks so far! Love the commentary more than just recapping the book in the episode.

Lame asides, boring book choices. Why not read a real book, like Ernest Hemingway?

I really enjoy this podcast and it’s nice to know I’m not the only person who’s reading list contains many celebrity memoirs! One of my favorites is Mackenzie Philipps’s High On Arrival. I hope to hear the host’s take on it, someday. Thanks for a great listen and for the book recommendations!
