Laughter and Therapy in one
This podcast is an evening with the girlfriends I wish I had. For me it is a gateway to womanhood and sisterhood that I’ve never experienced before. I joke and say that this is my Judy Blume. To hear these raw stories of incredibly powerful, vulnerable women talked about by women who are equally powerful and vulnerable has truly helped me make sense of what it means to be a woman as I grow into it myself. With an air of lightness, and a compassionate, humorous tone, this podcast makes even the darkest moments seem much brighter. 🤍
