“For years I have loved the idea of the X-men. I loved the Civil Rights references. I loved the 90’s cartoon. I loved the video game. What always kept me away from reading any comics was the EXTENSIVE catalog of stories. This podcast does a great job of finding the great stories of my favorite and condensing them into a very coherent overview. It also digs deeper and talks about the theory of the characters and their personal development along their path. The podcast also brings in knowledgeable writers to engage in educational dialogue about the characters. This is a well thought out, well put together podcast, well x-ecuted podcast!”
