Connor has managed to take a field I thought was overcrowded and create something new and essential in it. I think it somehow manages to work whether you’re a diehard X-Men fan already or if you’re just passingly acquainted with it and want to learn more about the X-Universe. I can totally see myself going back to re-listen to the character study portions of old episodes to remind me of a character’s history, so it’s also good reference material. (But never dry or boring!)
That said, if I have one piece of feedback, I’d love if Connor would occasionally let a guest finish a sentence before interrupting them!”
