Description
Let's slow down the physical practice of yoga this week and talk about some alternatives to fast-paced classes. We'll cover Restorative, Yin, Iyengar, and Kundalini practices - perhaps lesser known but equally valuable! And as always, I'll remind you that physical postures are not the only way to practice the philosophy of yoga and that in all our asana classes, we're looking to incorporate the other limbs of yoga as well (the breath, meditation, etc.). This is part two of the mini-series, so if you're interested in learning more about Hatha, Ashtanga, Power, and Vinyasa yoga classes, check out episode 164.
