'I want a 'natural' birth but I'm worried about the pain'
Listen now
Description
A discussion that's been coming up a lot in my DMs and with clients lately is around wanting a 'natural' or physiological birth without an epidural, but being worried about the pain/intensity and whether they will be able to cope. This is where hypnobirthing can have such a big impact as the mindset work (affirmations, releasing fears, journaling etc) can help us to build confidence in our ability to handle (and even enjoy!) labour. In today's episode I share some of my top tips for working with the intensity of labour, and a little around how I managed contractions during my drug free birth. I mention in the episode my Free Printable Affirmations download which is available here.  My Online Hypnobirthing with Hannah Course is now available!
