Description
*Remember there will be a small price increase on my hypnobirthing courses at the end of September 2023 so now is the best time to register! Click here to join my Online Hypnobirthing with Hannah Course or you can also check out my group classes here* This week's episode was sparked from a conversation that I had in my hypnobirthing course this week - can I change my care provider during pregnancy?  And if so, how do I go about it? It can often feel like we are 'locked into' our care provider, but you actually can change to another provider at anytime if you're not feeling like your current midwife, obstetrician or doctor is a good fit. It's can be challenging to navigate which is why I've outlined all the steps in this episode. I also chat about some of the signs that your provider might not be that supportive of physiological birth, and when you might want to consider changing. I would love to hear your thoughts, questions, and ideas for future episodes so please get in touch on instagram - my insta is @hannahwillsmoremidwife or through my website www.hannahwillsmore.com.
