“This is excellent. An unapologetically-niche podcast comprising a balanced panel of entertaining, twitter-famous, nephron-loving enthusiasts discussing renal physiology. By structuring discussions around each chapter of a classic renal physiology textbook it keeps the chat focused, without being overly prescriptive or didactic. The discussion has a refreshing clinical focus and despite it’s cryptic-title is digestible and easy to listen to.
There are lots of people (I suspect >99.9% of the world population) who will not enjoy this podcast, however, if you are a jobbing or aspiring nephrologist of any grade, and have ever found renal physiology either interesting or traumatizing, then I think you will love this podcast. Senior nephrologists will enjoy a recap of the physiology they already know (or at some point forgot), while trainees will find this a much more palatable way to delve deeper into an area of nephrology that is not essential, but highly useful, for clinical practice.”
