“I was looking for a new affirmation podcast for my boys (5 and 7) at the beginning of the year (2022). The one I was doing before was nice, but taking too much time for our morning routine (it was like 12 minutes daily). I love this quick and easy style (2-3 minutes). The boys like it. My one child that is negative more than he is positive was asking me if we were going to do our charm words the other morning . That is not like him at all! We also follow up at night on how the day went according to our affirmations.
