A Podcast Exposed
But for the (approx) 80 page decision by the Su Ct of Pennsylvania educated folks would be unaware of the misleading nature of this slick and well produced podcast. But that decision does exist. It is no defence of Mr. Cosby to state this podcast is disgraceful. It is clearly possible for Cosby to be a reprehensible human being and the DA/judge involved in prosecuting Bill Cosby to have conducted themselves improperly. As a matter of law Cosby should never have been tried and convicted, but this podcast completely fails to address the due process, etc., issues clearly and manifestly present in the prosecutions. The podcast also acts in a cowardly manner in its aversion to truly examining a situation where “everybody knew” about someone who was at best an immoral and deviant celebrity. Cowardly journalists and powerful folks willing to look the other way made Bill Cosby & so many others possible.
