“'Chatting with Cathy' is one of those rare podcasts that both educates and entertains. It showcases artists and personalities who may not necessarily be household names, but are talented people who you should get to know. The host, Cathy Kelley, is full of wit and humour, and keeps the guests actively engaged with her questions. Especially with the 2.0 version, which started on the August 13, 2015 episode, the casual conversation format is very fun to listen to. Cathy is able to not only make the guests feel comfortable, but also manages to make the listener experience that same comfort. As great as the interviews are, I personally enjoy the introductory portion of the show the most. Cathy gives us a little behind the scenes build-up to the interview, as well as sharing her personal thoughts regarding her week. The Q&A section at the end is a neat extra touch to get to know Cathy more, and keeps the show interactive on a weekly basis. To put it simply, 'Chatting with Cathy' is a five-star podcast with a five-star host!!”
