“Where did you find these guys? How colonial minded to say that US send their students to explore culture and China send them to steal technology. As a former foreign student but not from China, I am very offended. Students from developing countries usually come to US to study STEM because it is the leader and they can’t get it back home. They stay usually because the opportunities were better than back home. Probably a bunch of White people discussing this created a very tone deaf situation.
