(Little comment on recent discussion with Bill Hayton re French & Italian construction as nations. Did he mean GERMANY & Italy? Both created from smaller states in 19th C. France not quite the same, more centralised from earlier history?)”

“Great podcast, always interesting. My only gripe is I with the episodes were longer. I could have happily listened to Rana Mitter and Bill Bishop for at least another hour - if not all day - and that was an abnormally long episode. Keep up the great work, Cindy.”
