Grateful
I lost my way from the Bible and church recently because of a few valid reasons. I lost my mother last year to heart failure. She was almost 92. My dad passed away in 2009. I had to move out of my childhood home which I knew but it was still hard. My parents met and youth group, and our whole lives growing up was very faith filled. The church I grew up with has drastically changed its views which is not welcoming everyone of all kinds. That has been very hurtful on my heart and my mom‘s heart. I still have only gone to church once or twice since my mom passed. I just feel that I will be too overwhelmed with emotions going into a church since it would be a reminder/trigger of my grief. I have found this podcast and others I help for renewing my faith journey

Ally inspires me everyday to grow in my faith and try my best. I have followed her since Covid and it feels like I grew up with her. She’s helped me grow closer to Jesus and for that I am forever thankful. She is truly a light in this world and I am so thankful for her and this podcast. <3
