The ads/loud talking at the beginning kind of throw me still and I find myself adjusting the volume multiple times to make it loud enough to hear but not keep me awake. Now that I realize kind of how it’s set up I won’t worry about adjusting volume until the meditation starts. Keep up the great work.”
