“I was just about to drift off to sleep using this podcast, then a very noisy advert comes on at the end and woke me straight back up, which was really disappointing. Maybe if the content was longer I would have fully settled into sleep and been able to sleep through the advert.”

“I used the Abide Christian app, but you only get 2 sleep mediations for free, and those got boring after a while.
