“I’ve found my people!!! As a 12/25 baby, I am obsessed with Christmas year round!
I don’t usually write reviews, but listening to the Christmas Memories episode, I tearfully submit to you my 5 star review.
Growing up, my Mom tried to make my birthday extra special by giving me a goofy Birthday present on Christmas Eve morning. Christmas Day I would get another birthday present and she would bake me a cake and later on added an ice cream cake to celebrate! She passed away in 2015 from cancer and her missing from the Christmas season is felt so deeply every day. My mother-in-law took over Christmas duties with great honor. She became my best friend and helped make Christmas with the family so magical. We lost her to cancer in 2021, which made our Christmas seem painful and just something to get through. This year feels so different but we’ve done a lot to keep their memories alive.
So thank you so much for creating a space for us Christmas Junkies to be our Holly-Jolly sElves.”
