“I really enjoyed the S8 preview episode of this podcast. Most GoT analysis is very plot-focused, or analyses themes though the individual characters. This one takes a more structural view, and the hosts understand that the writers of the books and show exist in the real world and that impacts the politics of the show vis a vis feminism, democracy, justice, etc. The podcast deepened the way I think about these themes in the show + books.”
