She discusses how our current 'grey infrastructure' solutions to floods and droughts, may cause more problems than they solve. Instead she proposes 'green infrastructure', nature-based solutions. She discusses the importance of not destroying the natural ability of the landscape to hold moisture, in order not to increase possibility of wildfires.
