Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney struck down Georgia’s six-week abortion ban. The ban took effect nearly two years ago after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. Following McBurney’s ruling, abortions are now legal in the state of Georgia up until 22 weeks of pregnancy.
