What I sort of knew
I always wondered how primark sold things so cheaply ( both quality and price). I need to walk into a forever21. Through this podcast I realized I am rarely in clothing stores. I am not a clothes horse. I never think about clothes until I really need something. Now I think about it. So, If you buy new, this podcast is for you. If you already buy second hand, this podcast is for you. This is a really great podcast and will make you think, really think, the next time you go shopping. Oh and I love learning about all the small independent companies I can buy from that she talks about. I am stalking them now.

Recently found this podcast through a friend’s IG post and I am hooked. I am loving to/hating to learn all about the horrors of fast fashion. The interviews are fascinating! I keep sending links to my friends. I’m also appreciating the episodes about “slow gifting.”

I love this podcast so much, I am learning so much more about where my clothes come from and what goes into it. Our world is in a terrible state and WE are the ones who can make the difference by changing our buying habits and demanding that companies do better.
