“I personally had a LOT of struggles regarding running. I would break out in hives or pass out when I would run, and it sucked and hurt. So I did not run at all for over 10 years. I downloaded NRC and listened to Coach Bennett. I started to run slow to start. I didn’t know running did not have to hurt. I took the time to warm up and I did not break out. He was there when I lost my job, and was there during a stressful home life. And I was able to run… Because of it I was able to join the Military. I got to the point of running a 13:04 mile and a half. Lately I have been breaking out with just walking… I am back at worse off now than square one… But I know I can get back at it some day. Thank you coach for being you, and I hope that I can make an impact for others like you have for me.”
